These projects might include events such as:
1. To give Executive Members and Advisors a chance to know each other better, so they can rely on each other through the year – since they'll all be doing the same job!
2. To teach them a little bit about running a post and the role that they're in.
3. To reward them for all the work they've promised for their post over the next year!
This weekend is organized by the Board of Directors, and is free of charge to the core Exec Members (Pres, VP, Secretary and Treasurer) & Advisors. However it is MANDATORY for all of these Exec Members to attend. It is held in September in different locations throughout the province each year.
This year, Leadership Training Weekend is being held in St. John's from September 23-25, 2011!
